So yesterday i wrote a review about an experience i had about a service technician not doing the right thing. I wanted to update you to let you know that I received a very honest apology from Justin (not t about a service technician not doing the right thing. I wanted to update you to let you know that I received a very honest apology from Justin (not the tech) and they are refunding me 100% of my money. I offered to pay the service call which is only fair. Just wanted to update the situation and change my rating. I’ve always enjoyed working with Whites….mistakes happen but life goes on. More

Took my vehicle in for a prob with the seat belt. Was told it was not fixable and had to be replaced -almost $400. Nice dealership nice people but I made an appointment a month out so I could be the first person. I got there when they opened and proceeded to wait 2 hours before they even moved it inside.to look at it month out so I could be the first person. I have never had a bad experience with whites ford in Orrville Ohio! There service department is top notch and super knowledge they have saved me from paying another dealership $1,200 for work that did Orrville Ohio!
