The deal was already done and they bumped the cost of our trade-in up as well--no surprises. Everyone was professional, personable, and very friendly. Most pleasant auto purchase I have ever experienced! I walked toe lot and looked at trucks without any sales pressure. The folks at Heritage were very friendly and accommodating.
