We had been looking on line at dealers more local to us, but their inventory and color selections were minimal. We were greeted by Doug even before we entered the building and after a few questions as to what we were looking for, he showed us the exact Rav 4 we wanted! He listened to our wish list and concerns and was able to get us into the car of our dreams within our budget. I decided it was time to begin the process of looking for a few car as the car I was driving was a 2002 Toyota Camry, still running very well but I de I decided it was time to begin the process of looking for a few car as the car I was driving was a 2002 Toyota Camry, still running very well but I definitely was ready to move on. My boyfriend and I went to Spitzer to check if we would like the Corollas or not. We went to Spitzer because it was the closest to our house and I also liked that they used actual photos on their site and not just stock photos. Doug showed us the Corollas and they were nice but because it was us two and a dog we decided to look at a Camry. My goal was just to go in and see what I liked but ultimately I really liked the car and the staff was very helpful. Doug emailed with me back and forth the next two days and was very helpful with any questions I have. I decided Wednesday that I wanted to take the plunge and set up an appointment for Thursday to come pick out my Camry and start the process! Everyone was very helpful during the whole process, especially since I had never bought a car this was all new to me. They also were okay with me taking a minute to discuss things with my boyfriend or to call my parents for guidance. They showed me multiple breakdowns of my total amount and monthly payments based on interest rates and rebate options. Needless to say, my experience with Spritzer thus far has been great and I never felt pressured once to buy one and it was nice to know they don't work on commission so the whole process felt different then I thought it would. He made sure that all my questions were answered and even had me let him know when I got home after both of my visits (it was over a 3 1/2 hour trip one way).
