I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

What a pleasure dealing with Doug and Smythe. So different from the horrible experiences I always had at Manhattan Volvo. Here you feel they care about you and your car. Doug did everything he promised to do, and more. I trust Doug. I asked him if I needed new tires for my XC60, and planned on buying them without checking if he said I needed them. Doug said I didn't need them yet. I am sure others would have said I did even if I didn't yet. And I normally don't trust people. Especially after dealing with the people at Manhattan Volvo and other dealers throughout my life. Skeptical and cynical, yet. But not at Smythe. They have the old fashioned customer service feel that is so rare today when all most care about is cash. I even plan to buy my next Volvo from them because the service department is so great. More

I have been a customer of Smythe Volvo since 1994, first for servicing, then for purchasing two Volvos. The service department has a staff of extraordinary people. My wife and I always warmly greeted and p for servicing, then for purchasing two Volvos. The service department has a staff of extraordinary people. My wife and I always warmly greeted and put at ease regarding the servicing of our cars. We have full faith in the service department to remedy any issues we may have. I'm currently driving my 4th and 5th Volvos. And the 2nd and 3rd are still "in the family." I bought all five from Smythe Volvo and will return when the time comes for number six. A couple weeks ago, the check engine light came on in the car my daughter drives. Car was running ok, but it made her nervous. Thanks to Doug McAdam, she was able to bring the car in for a check-up the next day! Turned out to be nothing major, but it was the effort that counted! Going above and beyond is typical of the customer service experience you will have at Smythe! This time it was Doug, but you'll get the same service from every Smythe Volvo employee! More

The Service teaem at Smythe volvo is always friendly, helpful and couteous. They make sure that the car is checked out for all things even if not on the scheduled maintainence or requested.
