I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

Always great service. Doug MacAdam typifies what this dealership is about. No wonder they are expanding to a new building. I always get friendly, expert, accommodating, service . ( I checked all the names above of people who I worked with in the past.) All employees are polite , knowledgeable, and willing to be of assistance. I feel comfortable speaking with the service people.They have serviced my car even without an appointment. The service is always timely, and I am promptly informed of any unforeseen problems. A loaner car is always available to me. Curtesy, excellent service, a loaner car and close proximitry to my home and work are priority... therefore I go to Smythe Volvo. I would recommend the dealership without any hesitation. More

I was a last minuet schedule and they accommodated me. I also was pleased to get a loner car too so I could go to work. It was suppose to be a quick service but they pointed out a few things to me that nee also was pleased to get a loner car too so I could go to work. From start to finish Doug was friendly, professional, and informative. I was in for one of the more involved services and he was upfront and honest about the associated cost, as well as, the length of time informative.
