What a pleasure dealing with Doug and Smythe. So different from the horrible experiences I always had at Manhattan Volvo. Here you feel they care about you and your car. Doug did everything he promised to do, and more. I trust Doug. I asked him if I needed new tires for my XC60, and planned on buying them without checking if he said I needed them. Doug said I didn't need them yet. I am sure others would have said I did even if I didn't yet. And I normally don't trust people. Especially after dealing with the people at Manhattan Volvo and other dealers throughout my life. Skeptical and cynical, yet. But not at Smythe. They have the old fashioned customer service feel that is so rare today when all most care about is cash. I even plan to buy my next Volvo from them because the service department is so great. More

I'm currently driving my 4th and 5th Volvos. And the 2nd and 3rd are still "in the family." I bought all five from Smythe Volvo and will return when the time comes for number six. A couple weeks ago, the check engine light came on in the car my daughter drives. Car was running ok, but it made her nervous. Thanks to Doug McAdam, she was able to bring the car in for a check-up the next day! Turned out to be nothing major, but it was the effort that counted!
