The whole process was quick for a family first business I felt like they push you to buy. Never once was I offered to see something else or to check to see if we can find something else in the budget. Also, felt like they push you to buy. Also, I would sales tactics where a little too aggressive and makes me rethink going there. Also they should offer a better warranty for there used cars and new. I just expected more from dealership that supports teachers, healthcare workers and law enforcement. I would say that they did seem a little pissed or annoyed when you say that monthly payment can’t work for me. Also, there are no doors in sales office and you can hear there conversations about other customers. I found that to be very concerning. The salesman that I work with was nice to work with albeit just a little pushy. I would say it was the one of the worst car buying experience. They only seemed to be Nicer once the deal was complete. I don’t know if had to do with how much I make or my skin color but I would probably not be back. More
