He was very nice, knowledgeable, and experienced. He took his time explaining everything to ensure that I was making the best decision because safety and particular features were very important to me. He did not rush me or try to sell me a car above my budget. He was very, very patient. After selecting the car, I met with Emily Maus. She was also very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She also didn’t try to “oversell” additional products to me. She offered a few products, including an extended warranty and the gap coverage, which I added. The entire process with both associates was very enjoyable, quick, and painless. I am happy. More
