He took his time explaining everything to ensure that I was making the best decision because safety and particular features were very important to me. He did not rush me or try to sell me a car above my budget. He was very, very patient. After selecting the car, I met with Emily Maus. She was also very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She also didn’t try to “oversell” additional products to me. She offered a few products, including an extended warranty and the gap coverage, which I added. The entire process with both associates was very enjoyable, quick, and painless. I am happy. More

Out of State Buying Nightmare I was in the market for a used Lexus GSF and based on market had to look outside Florida. I had a very low mileage Honda Type R that I was looking to I was in the market for a used Lexus GSF and based on market had to look outside Florida. I had a very low mileage Honda Type R that I was looking to trade. (2,800 miles) Doug Philipps (Sales Manager Westside Lexus) was sending me info and working the transaction on a Certified 2016 Lexus GSF. The photos and representation were very misleading and when I drove to the dealership ( over 1,075 miles from Florida) the vehicle was not even close to excellent condition inside and out. The vehicle had so many rock chips on the front of car . The front would need repainting and the carbon fiber spoiler repaired. The side had been dinged and paint was left with chips on the vehicle. ( no touch up paint) When I arrived I was met by Danny Garza. He seemed to care very little about my representation about the cars condition and put no effort into the time and effort I put into buying a car from them. I never received a phone call or email. I tried to call Doug from Dealership that Monday August 5, 2019 with Danny standing there but didn't speak with him. I just can't believe a Lexus Dealership does business this way. More
