Friendly staff...but poor technical service. I brought Younger Nissan my recently purchased used 2007 Armada, which the previous owner placed 4 new tires before selling. I had vibrations while dr I brought Younger Nissan my recently purchased used 2007 Armada, which the previous owner placed 4 new tires before selling. I had vibrations while driving that lead me to believe they were not balanced and the rear suspension felt funny. I paid extra to have the tires "road force" balanced only to find out two of the tires could not be balanced - out of spec (recommended replacing two tires). Younger inspected and found that the rear air suspension was not working due to: (1) the ride height sensor was bent (recommended to be replaced) and (2) the air compressor bushings were worn out (recommend replace compressor). I paid for the inspection and balancing. I took the vehicle to another local shop...balanced the tires no problem. I asked them to replace the ride height sensor and see if that fixes the rear suspension. They did, it did not help. They investigated further and found out that it was a $20 fuse that had blown. The other local shop saved me over a thousand dollars in tires and a new compressor that wasn't necessary. I also had a tire pressure monitor light flashing. Younger replaced one and a few weeks later it came back on. This was not cheap, but I do not feel comfortable in trusting I will get an accurate response or inspection from Younger. Are they going to charge me another inspection fee just to see if the one replaced is the one that supposedly went bad the first time? Will I get the true answer? More

Wonderful customer service!!! The car was under warranty and needed to have a seat cushion replaced. Doug kept me informed throughout the entire process. 2nd time Buyer Another good experience with Younger. Purchased Versa in 2012 and Altima in 2014. Jesse got us a great deal on the Altima as did Mike for the Versa. I do not rate any experience or service as excellent. I would certainly refer my colleauges to Younger as well as anyone interested in purchasing a vehicel. Best wishes to all. More

Doug Rice and Younger Nissan's Service Dept. are Top-notch! I recently took my Rogue in for an Express oil change, and Doug Rice took care of me, as he always does, with a friendly smile and kind words. Frederick Nissan and Doug have been taking great care of my Nissan vehicles for years. I keep up with the scheduled maintenance and follow the recommendations from Doug and the technicians. Service received at Younger is the best! Always in and out in a timely manner, service well explained and staff is extremely pleasant to deal with. I've visited twice recently - once to have Doug check t out in a timely manner, service well explained and staff is extremely pleasant to deal with. I've visited twice recently - once to have Doug check the reason for my tire warning light coming on - it was almost 6 pm and he provided service with a smile! Second was for an oil change - Sergei checked me in quickly, smiled through all of my questions and made sure my car was serviced in a timely manner. Service is almost more important to me than the sales experience and the service provided by Doug, Sergei and others in service have ensured that when it's time to get a new car, I will be returning to Younger Nissan! More
