Took my 2 year old 100% electric Nissan LEAF in for routine battery check, brakes & tire rotation. All was done efficiently. Very much appreciate honest appraisal that cabin air filter did not need r routine battery check, brakes & tire rotation. All was done efficiently. Very much appreciate honest appraisal that cabin air filter did not need replaced as it had not been that long since replacement. Time estimate to do work was accurate and appreciated as I had to wait for the car. Love that the LEAF is such a low maintenance car. Doug did a great job. More

My worst fear happened. Two and a half weeks ago I hit a deer at the 85 Buckeystown exit. I was mortified at the sight of the front end damage to my Nissan. I'd purchased my car just 6 months prior from F deer at the 85 Buckeystown exit. I was mortified at the sight of the front end damage to my Nissan. I'd purchased my car just 6 months prior from Frederick Nissan. Once again I was in desperate need of their help and they were there for me from start to finish! I was well aware of the outstanding customer service and support Frederick Nissan provided to new and existing customers. Since I'm very family-oriented, it was a "no-brainer" decided where to have my vehicle repaired. Immediately, I had my vehicle towed to Frederick Nissan, although other dealerships were recommended. Because I knew my baby would be in safe, capable hands. Today, I arrived at Frederick Nissan, anxiously ready to see my baby. I was greeted by Jay, Manager of the body shop. He was so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My car looked brand new. It shined better than lip gloss! They say diamonds are a girls best friend. But my Nissan is mine. My vehicle was restored to its original luster! Its the best Xmas present I ever got and I have Jay and his team to thank! More

I had to take my car in for service and was worried about the wait since I had my daughter with me. Upon arrival at the gate, Gary greeted me and started the paperwork. Doug finish the process and suggeste the wait since I had my daughter with me. Upon arrival at the gate, Gary greeted me and started the paperwork. Doug finish the process and suggested that I went to the express service since it would be quicker that way. Sergiu was more than happy to take me thru the express service. He advised that within 30-45 mins I should be on my way out. And yes I was within 45 mins. The staff was excellent, Doug patient with me, Gary very professional and Sergiu speedy. They did not try to have me spend any money. I question them regarding services that I thought I needed and was told that it is not yet necessary. Save my money for now. To too that, my sale person Lacoe was going in vacation for 2 weeks. He called to let me know that he will be away for 2 weeks however if I needed anything I can call and someone will be more than happy to assist. Isn't that beyond professionalism? Thank you Lacoe I am thankful for such loyalty and dedication. Thank you Younger Nissan. More
