Fast Oil change and routine mainteanace Younger emailed me about coming in for routine maintenance and oil change. I made an appointment for later the same day. I combined the trip with othe Younger emailed me about coming in for routine maintenance and oil change. I made an appointment for later the same day. I combined the trip with other errands. Short wait. Doug commented that we only ad 2,000 miles on the odometer since the last oil change. He gave me the option of not having it done, but since we were about to go on a trip, I thought it would be better to go ahead. Three cheers for everyone at Younger!! More

Fantastic service after I hit a small animal. This is my first time ever where I had to take my vehicle in for any type of damage, that is with 40 years of driving. Doug, from Nissan, kept me inf This is my first time ever where I had to take my vehicle in for any type of damage, that is with 40 years of driving. Doug, from Nissan, kept me informed the whole time. They kept in contact with my insurance company and then would call me to let me know what was going on. In fact, I would not had called the insurance company but Doug stated they should cover my damage. I did not realize the small animal I hit did so much damage under my car for my car looked fine. My car started showing signs of a problem so I just drove right to Nissan and stated I did not have an appointment and they stated they would take care of me and they did. I was very impressed with this whole experience. Thank you Nissan. My Erie Insurance company was great too. Patty More

Oil Change I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I I purchased my Rogue from Younger last year and used #3 of 5 of my Free Oil Change with Purchase last week, and this was the best experience so far. I was greeted by Doug Rice upon pulling my vehicle into the express garage. I told him I was there for an oil change. He offered the upgrade oil change, which I declined. I also asked him to check my tire pressure as the light in my dash was on for it. I gave my keys and sat in the waiting room. Approx 30 min later, Doug informs me that I have another nail in my left rear tire. (I had a plug put in the same tire last oil change for the same reason) I asked him to hold off on ordering a new tire. A few minutes later he came back with my receipt and a business card. On his business card, he wrote ALL the information I would need to purchase a new tire to match my others. One negative thing I have noticed. With the cold weather finally here, I have had 2 mornings now where my Windshield Washer Fluid appears to be frozen and is not operable. Even after warming my car up for 10+ minutes, my fluid still doesn't come out. I personally haven't added any fluid in, so I assume it is refilled during my oil changes. I am unsure why it is freezing. More

Great Experience The day after Christmas my car wouldn't start. I was visiting family from out of town. I called the nearest dealership in a panic and spoke to Doug Rice who explained what might be the issue, walked me through the steps to get my vehicle into the dealership what to expect. I called the recommended towing company who were great. I got to the dealership and they worked on my vehicle quickly taking into consideration that I was waiting and from out of town. They fixed the problem and got me out of there quickly. Great experience and great employees. More

Good, fast, friendly service I always use Younger Nissan for my service on my 2007 Maxima that I bought there. They have always been honest about what needs to be done and what "can wait" if I don't quite have the money to fix something right then. I appreciate their ability to help prioritize the cars needs and love their multi point inspections! They are fast and always get back to me about when my car will be ready. I love dealing with them!
