I cannot say enough about the efficiency and friendliness of the service, especially Doug Rice, who has been there for years. I always have a positive experience. The are honest and very clear about what k of the service, especially Doug Rice, who has been there for years. I always have a positive experience. The are honest and very clear about what kind of work needs to be done immediately, and what work can be done the next time I come in. They went the extra mile in my last visit by sending someone out with the courtesy car to pick me up outside the regular courtesy van hours. I went for 60,000 mile service, which is a tad expensive (over $500) but looks like it is the Nissan dealer standard price, not set by the individual dealer. More

I purchased my 2007 Versa SL at Younger Nissan in May 2007. I have always had my Versa serviced at Younger Nissan and for the most part always worked with Doug Rice to get any service needs addressed. 2007. Doug has always been very accomodating, providing professional information and advice when needed and has always seen to it that any service needs I presented were addressed within a reasonalbe time frame and at reasonable prices. Great customer service from Doug Rice. My car was in the shop for repair for 3 days and he kept us inform thoughout that time. I would like the dealership to have a defined car loaner program. Was treated very well right from the beginning. All work to be performed was gone over in great detail. The cost of each individual service item was discussed and no additions were included later. Steve Latore and Doug Rice answered all my questions and took care of my car and me immediately. I have been away from your dealership since my brother left as service writer/manager when it was Jenkins bu took care of my car and me immediately. Always a pleasurable experience. Routines do not become tedious when you are greeted by Doug and Sergiu as they have always greeted me like being part of a family.
