each time i come down for warrenty work on my vehicle i have issues. I was down there last week and my vehicle was to be covered under the warranty. I get to the check out and was handed a $380 bill. I have issues. I was down there last week and my vehicle was to be covered under the warranty. I get to the check out and was handed a $380 bill. I asked why i got a bill and the cashier SMARTLY replys "um for your services" I informed her there should be no charges due to a warranty. I then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes for the service manager to come out and address the issue. Upon waiting the cashier asked another part of the staff to tell Gary he was still needed at the cashiers desk. When the sales rep came back in he said to the cashier "Gary said to tell you he left for the day" This is not what a customer wants to hear even if it is joking around as i am here to pick my vehicle up on warranty work and should have been out of there in 5 minutes. But instead it took 1 hour to get my vehicle back. This is very disappointing. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone and will be glad when my warranty is up so i do not have to deal here again. More

Worst experience I have ever had with getting car service. I was without my car for two full days. I kept being told to have patience because the service department was short on staff. Well it is n service. I was without my car for two full days. I kept being told to have patience because the service department was short on staff. Well it is not the customers fault that you guys don't have enough staff. I am currently looking at purchasing a new car; however, you can rest assured that it will not be another Nissan, not if I have to deal with you folks. More

Beginning with my phone call requesting service for a very strange noise my Maxima was making to picking up my car after being repaired, my experience at Frederick Nissan was exceptional. Doug was very knowledgable and helpful on the phone. My car was scheduled for service immediately. He even identified the problem and assured me they could fix it. When I arrived, Leonie was friendly, understanding and prompt. The waiting area is customer friendly. The service was completed within the timeframe I was given. Overall, my visit to Frederick Nissan Service Center was "Great". More

2008 Rogue brought in for oil change and to explore oil leaking on driveway. Doug and tech team identified problem (transmission oil cooler), located parts and put my wife in a short-term rental car in no leaking on driveway. Car was repaired next day and my wife made all her commitments requiring driving. She was very pleased and commented on the service to me. More

I have been here before. I love the way I am treated. I have never had a problem when coming to this dalership. I came in on my lunch break for an express oil change and I was out in a flash. I had jus have never had a problem when coming to this dalership. I came in on my lunch break for an express oil change and I was out in a flash. I had just sat down in the lounge and was having a nice bag of hot fresh popcorn and enjoying the Free Wi-FI when Amanda came out and told me I was all ready to go!!! I went to the checkout and paid only 24.99 for my oil change and mulitpoint inspection and I was out the door!!! I highly recommend this dealership. More
