Very friendly professional staff. I usually do not like dealerships but my experience with Frederick Nissan has been good. My salesperson was Kyle Warfield and he was good to work with. Doug Rice was very helpful with service questions I had. I really like the oil change service. No appt. necessary. Very prompt and courteous. Overall a good dealership experience. More

Difficult diagnostic problem / third time starting failed in new ( < 1000 miles driven ) vehicle. Service team led by Gary Lewis got on top of it, persisted until solution was found, and very importantly in new ( < 1000 miles driven ) vehicle. Very pleased with commitment to solving the problem, friendly and courteous communications, and outcome ( let's hope it holds ! ). Would definitely recommend this service department to others. So far all is great! Great place to buy a truck! Very positive experience being the first time at this dealer. From the time I placed the call in the morning to the time I picked up the car in the afternoon. The dealer thru their quality personnel was dealer. From the time I placed the call in the morning to the time I picked up the car in the afternoon. 4/3 - took my 03 Murano in for some work (making noise in front end). Fixed some things and was given a 100-pt inspection. Suggested I change power steering and transmission fluids (which they did). Why wasn't it suggested then, that I needed an oil change. It was beyond the recommended miles. On 4/5 - still making noises. Took it back on 4/6 (still making noise), was 2 quarts low on oil (after 6000 miles). If a 100-pt inspection was performed two days earlier, why wasn't the low oil level noticed at the time. I was then told that I should change my oil every 3700 miles - that these new engines use oil. If that too, is the case, why wasn't I also told that I was beyond the 3700 mile suggested oil change two days earlier? I have been driving new cars (3 of them being Nissans) and have never had to put a drop of oil in them. Is it possible that the correct amount of oil wasn't used in the oil change 6000 miles ago (at your dealership)? There are no signs of any leakage anywhere. I can be reached @ 301.788.7026 Also, I don't believe that a 100-pt inspection was ever performed. If it was performed, how can I trust your service department if they can not recognize that an engine is two quarts low on oil? More

I bought my 2010 Pathfinder from Ingred, who is a wonderful sales lady!, and have been comming back ever since.Doug Rice usually handles all my service needs, but was off so I delt with Leonie. Leoni wonderful sales lady!, and have been comming back ever since.Doug Rice usually handles all my service needs, but was off so I delt with Leonie. Leonie was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. The fantastic customer service is why I always travel from WV to your dealership for service even though i could get it done closer. More

The service department employee I worked with was very helpful. Doug knew that I needed to leave by a certain time. I also asked if my car could be washed off after service and before I left.
