The service department employee I worked with was very helpful. Doug knew that I needed to leave by a certain time. I also asked if my car could be washed off after service and before I left. I went in to have a diagnostics test due to catalytic converter problems. Doug and his service team confirmed this information and I am awaiting scheduling my next appointment as there is a list of thin converter problems. Doug and his service team confirmed this information and I am awaiting scheduling my next appointment as there is a list of things that I need done (since the car also hit 100,000 miles). There was a bill of approximately $100 after the diagnostics test that I did not recall agreeing upon. Doug immediately took care of this bill with no problems. More

Gary and Doug in the Service Department are the best - they are at the top of their game. No BS. Only the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I bought (the salesman was Shlomo) and still they are at the top of their game. No BS. Only the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I bought (the salesman was Shlomo) and still own an Xterra 2005 at the old location on North East Street. Because of a lack of response from a salesman at the new Grove Road location I was forced to buy an Xterra 2009 from another Nissan dealer in PA. Don't bother checking out used cars for your kids at Frederick Nissan on a Sunday afternoon because the Sales people do not put price stickers of the windscreens! BECAUSE and ONLY BECAUSE of Gary and Doug, I enjoy getting both of my Nissan motors serviced at Frederick Nissan. More

Doug was knowledgeable, listened well and showed much attention to capturing in detail the nature of the vehicle problem. He was timely, professional and friendly, providing just the right amount of info attention to capturing in detail the nature of the vehicle problem. He was timely, professional and friendly, providing just the right amount of information and feedback while reviewing the full list of suggested maintenance and repair. He was able to suggest different service/repair options that would be cost conscious, all the while keeping the car on the maintenance track best suited for the vehicle. He provided updates throughout the repair process, which ultimately took several days. Franklin is extremely knowledgeable, was able to accurately pinpoint the repair issues, and provided a diagnostic review in a professional and friendly manner; he made sure everything was understood and answered all questions. Through a road test he further demonstrated and explained his analysis, all the while keeping an open mind to new developments as he actually began the repair. It is obvious that he takes much pride in his work and loves what he does, thus exuding a confidence that communicates that things will be done well -- in an orderly, methodical, and thorough manner. I had my Cube in for an oil change as part of owner appreciation week; so with my coupon I had no costs for the visit. The staff were excellent and friendly, and service advisor Doug Rice was excep appreciation week; so with my coupon I had no costs for the visit. The staff were excellent and friendly, and service advisor Doug Rice was exceptional. He alerted me that my car was due for its 15k mile inspection; and went over the different options I had by cost. After his detailed explanations I feel confident that I will be returning to Frederick Nissan for all my future work; and feel that going there in the past was always the correct choice. My only one complaint is that I found an oil/grease/whatever soaked paper drop-cloth on the driver side floorboard when I returned to my vehicle when service was complete. I appreciate the care the technicians took to keep my carpet clean, and only hope they can remember to remove that during my future visits- it was quite dirty and not fun to handle. But it did not change my positive opinion of the dealer at all- these things happen. More
