We have been customers of Jenkins Nissan/Frederick Nissan for at least 20 years and have always received EXCELLENT service, either for sales or repairs. They always work with us, the customer. Even the rec for at least 20 years and have always received EXCELLENT service, either for sales or repairs. They always work with us, the customer. Even the receptionist offered to take a message from me when the service department was busy and couldn't take my call to schedule my appointment for tire replacement, rather than have me "inconvienced" to call back. I always recommend Frederick Nissan! More

My car needed regular service oil change tire rotation, etc. The service team said service would take about an hour wich it did. My car also needed to have rear brakes after being checked by technicians. etc. The service team said service would take about an hour wich it did. Great experience (as it always is.) I had an appointment for an oil change at 5 PM. I arrived at 4:58 and my car was completed and ready to go in no more than 25 minutes. That is NOTHING compared to the som for an oil change at 5 PM. I arrived at 4:58 and my car was completed and ready to go in no more than 25 minutes. That is NOTHING compared to the sometimes 90+ minute I have at the old place where I used to get my oil changed. Great service. Great experience. Great timing. More

Came in. Greeted warmly. Information taken fast. An explanation of what to expect was given. Directed to waiting room stocked with munchies, coffee and wifi. My experience was better than previous visits. One service that I had agreed to costing $169.00 was determined to be not necessary. I appreciated their honest assessment. The service department at Frederick Nissan is the BEST! Marty and Doug are wonderful to work with and easy to talk to. They always explain what work is needed and what will be done. I have to send my praises (very delayed) to Marty and the service department. Two or three winters ago, I heard a noise that I thought was related to a belt. It was actually the timing chain and it ended up that my Quest needed to have the engine rebuilt. This process took about 2-3 weeks to diagnose and repair. Marty kept me informed and was often apologetic as to how long it was taking. This Quest is now going on 7 years. We have been Nissan customers since the mid-1980's and plan to continue to be. The quality and dependability of your cars is outstanding. Our first was the Stanza wagon and I'm on my 4th or 5th Quest (only because I wanted new features, not because they "wore out"). It has been the rare occasion (such as with my Quest) that we have had to come in for unscheduled service. I always know that I can depend on my Nissan and the service department to be there for me. More

The Express Service is fantastic, I was in-&-out in no time flat. Doug is fantastic at his job, always explains what is needed, very friendly and very informative.
