I have NEVER had such an incredible experience buying a car. Right off the bat, our sales rep, Aaron Paige, was welcoming, attentive, and was doing everything in his power to make sure we had a great exper car. Right off the bat, our sales rep, Aaron Paige, was welcoming, attentive, and was doing everything in his power to make sure we had a great experience. He was straight forward with what inventory they had in stock and stuck to my given budget while getting the best bang for my buck. When going to talk numbers, they immediately got down to what the best deal they could make was, what fees were optional, and didn't attempt to slide in sneaky fees (like Kia did to us). The sales team did everything in their power to help me get to my desired cost and monthly car payments. And even when in finance, Doug and the sales they continued to help me with the deal even when they didn't have to. Not only were we sold on the car itself, but we were sold on the customer experience that Mazda North and the team created. I have no doubt that when I go in for service it will be a top notch experience just like the buying process. And to top it all off, Beth spent a good amount of time with me showing me all the features and functions of my new car! I didn't feel rushed at all and she was even able to speak from experience because she owns the same Mazda. Makes you feel good in the product when the sales team own the cars they're selling!
