As it turns out, he knows a thing or two about people, as well.Settle, who has worked at Don Ayres for 25 years, says it’s extremely important to be able to communicate with customers. “You have to listen to them and find out where the problem actually lies.”Sometimes that can be tricky. That’s why Settle and his employees often ride along with a customer, a move that ultimately helps them get to the root of a problem. Customers seem to appreciate their straightforward approach. Many are Honda loyalists, but they return to Don Ayres because they’ve come to expect a high level of service. “Customers are very loyal to our product, and it’s just as important for US to be as good as that product.”

4 Hondas so far. Doug Settle, service dept manager, is the only car repair person I have ever completely trusted (and I am an old guy who has owned 49 cars)! Honda makes a great car. However, with the hi the only car repair person I have ever completely trusted (and I am an old guy who has owned 49 cars)! Honda makes a great car. However, with the high number of miles I put on them even they need repairs at some point. Doug has always worked to get me in and out proptly at the least possible cost. More

Every time I bring our car in for service it is a pleasant experience. The service department is very professional and courteous. WE have owned Honda's for the past 25 years. During this period of time we have only had one bad experience. At that time I brought this to the attention of the Service Manage Doug Settle and he made it right for us. This is why I own Honda's and buy cars from this dealer. More

George and everyone else at Don Ayres has been great to work with but wouldn't say the same for American Honda! I have had tons of issues with my new Honda Odyssey, it was my first Honda and might be my la work with but wouldn't say the same for American Honda! I have had tons of issues with my new Honda Odyssey, it was my first Honda and might be my last. I will say though they have an awsome service department and that Doug Settles it a great service manager they have done everything possible to help me out. More
