I had a spring break in my trunk door over the weekend. I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Jeremy ordered the part which was in the next day and Doug asked when I could get in I use my car, especially my trunk, in my work as I am a courier. Jeremy ordered the part which was in the next day and Doug asked when I could get in for it to be installed. Doug, knowing that this repair was vital for my work, got me in the first thing the next morning and got me out in 20 minutes. Truly a great response to my problem. Doug and his staff are the very best in service at Don Ayres Honda. This is not the first time my wife and I have had terrific experience in their Service Dept. Not only is Honda a great car , the service couldn't be better!! That is why we will continue to buy from and always use Honda service from Don Ayres in the future. Great people!! More

Doug Settle has provided quality service to our Honda for 14 years. He is honest and we trust his recommendations for repairs. I find that when I schedule an appt for maintenance they are on time and take care of what I need in a timely fashion. I have followed the recommended service schedule. I appreciate the friendly service reminders mailed directly to my home with intuitive precision just as I'm about to hit the recommended mileage. With over 230,000 carefree miles serviced solely by Doug Settle's well managed team, my car still drives like new! As a single mother of two children, I have always felt confident that my pilot would take us safely to our destination. We live in the country and have easily navigated through a variety of harsh weather challenges.
