I originally went to a different Toyota dealer that I passed every day going to work. I knew I needed a new vehicle. My 4runner had 242k miles and it was time. And being a loyal Toyota driver I knew my n passed every day going to work. I knew I needed a new vehicle. My 4runner had 242k miles and it was time. And being a loyal Toyota driver I knew my next vehicle needed to be a Toyota. I did all my homework and had all my financing. So I just needed to pick a new vehicle out. I went to this other dealer and 2 weeks later and coutless phone calls and visits and hours of my time...still no vehicle...because" that model doesn't come that way". Extremly frustrated I went through USAA's car buying Service and they directed me to Scranton Toyota. When going through this service Scranton Toyota autimatically is notified with contact information. And so it begins... Within an hour I had been called and e-mailed. Because it was during work hours I asked that most of my communication be via e-mail. That was not a problem. I had given all my vehicle criteria with the car buying service and within 24 hours (actually I'm sure it was more like 12) Mark e-mails me and has located the vehicle. Within 72 hours (okay, 96 hours) I was there picking up my new Rav4. So Thanks to Mark and Doug within 96 hours I had the best car buying experience ever. And drove away in a new vehicle that another Toyota dealer said didn't exist but Scranton Toyota found. More

I didn't realize just how much the reputation and service of a dealer mattered until I received beyond superior attention and care at Toyota Scion of Scranton. This establishment and everyone in it service of a dealer mattered until I received beyond superior attention and care at Toyota Scion of Scranton. This establishment and everyone in it really goes the extra mile to make me, the customer, feel special. My auto purchase (and I am a first time buyer) from start to finish including selecting the vehicle, loan process & approval, getting a great price, all phone calls and paperwork was complete in less than a day! Response time for phone calls, emails, nevermind the courtesy of everyone I met there, was outstanding. This will make it memorable in my mind forever. I have always said that good service is hard to remember and bad service hard to forget, but after today I will always know there is good service, and then there is exceptional service, and Toyota Scion of Scranton I will never forget! More

Mark was attentive to our needs. He willingly showed us multiple vehicles and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. This is the second time I leased a vehicle with Toyota of Scranton. I worked with Taryn Burns and she was awesome. I had bought my new 2008 Prius at Scranton Toyota and the experience (both with the dealership and the car) was excellent. Therefore when it was time for a new car I decided to shop Toyota Scranton again, a experience (both with the dealership and the car) was excellent. Therefore when it was time for a new car I decided to shop Toyota Scranton again, and I did purchase a new 2012 Prius on 3/1/2013. I contacted the dealership via email/internet to see what was available. Dough Stahl called me on Thursday 2/28 and told me what he had on hand, so I made a date to visit the dealership on 3/1, met Doug and worked with Teresa; and we completed the sale that day. It is a real nice convenience that you can pick out, price, and take delivery of a car same day, instead of multiple trips/ visits haggling and dealing with licensing/title/paperwork and Dealer Prep of vehicle. All this was handled in about half a day! Nice work, nice car! More

My entire experience at Toyota of Scranton was great. I worked with the entire Internet sales team and they were very friendly, accommodating helpful. The sales person did not try to sell me something I didn't want or need, instead put me in the car that was best for me and met my needs and for what I felt was the best price after shopping around. Service is one of the main reasons I returned to Toyota of Scranton (this is my third toyota) thy make it so easy, I messed up on the date of my service appointment I brought it in a week early but they serviced it and never said anything I look forward to my next purchase. More
