Doug was the absolute best in my car buying process. I went in wanting to get the RX350. I told Doug that I was looking for a post doctorate gift and did not want another large "mom" vehicle. He then I went in wanting to get the RX350. I told Doug that I was looking for a post doctorate gift and did not want another large "mom" vehicle. He then showed me the ES350 electric on the showroom floor. I fell in love! Doug was very communicative and I purchased the very first ES350 hybrid from the dealership. I will definitely be doing business with Doug again in the future. More

This was a fairly easy transaction as I knew exactly what I wanted. Doug helped find the vehicle with my specifications that needed to be brought in from another location and he kept me updated all along the I wanted.
