I was treated with great customer care and my salesman. James was wonderful. The manager Matt did everything he could to work with me. I couldn’t get my vehicle home. They let me drive my new vehicle home James was wonderful. The manager Matt did everything he could to work with me. I couldn’t get my vehicle home. They let me drive my new vehicle home and brought my vehicle back to me the following Monday not too many places would do that. I would highly recommend them. I would even go to them again if ever to get another vehicle, give them a 10 out of 10 More

It was more convenient than the dealer downtown. I was told to bring my car Monday afternoon for a 7 am Tuesday spot. I was told my problem would require. I guess these are minor things but I didn’t experience sny of those at Jim Burke. More
