Sales and financing processes were excellent. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, brand new vehicle needed service for a missing fuse not installed from the factory. Service dept initially Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, brand new vehicle needed service for a missing fuse not installed from the factory. Service dept initially handled below my expectations but ultimately fixed it quickly and met my expectations upon completion. Not sure how exactly a new car gets to customer delivery without a functioning horn but I'm willing to chalk it up to random, one-off occurence. I would still recommend the dealership overall. More

after having a traumatizing experience not once but twice at another Volkswagen location I decided to drive even further to this location and I am so happy i did. Ben, Doug and Terry were all absolutely amaz at another Volkswagen location I decided to drive even further to this location and I am so happy i did. Ben, Doug and Terry were all absolutely amazing. I needed to get out of my lease early and they were so patient, kind, caring, compassionate and the list goes on. They made sure that they did everything they could for me and I am so thankful for them. They made sure that I was happy and satisfied the whole entire process which was unlike the other dealership who wanted to just push off cars on me that I didn’t want and that they wanted to just get off their lot because they weren’t good deals or cars. I went in wanting a specific car and left with that exact car. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. you guys are amazing. If you are looking for a new vehicle please shop with them!!! More
