Doyle Chaffin has helped make it happen for both my purchases here and has given me all the help along the way I have needed. He always steered me in the right direction and answered any questions I had. Mike Rodriquez is the salesmen who directly worked with me at the beginning of this month to help me find my new 2019 Ford Fiesta ST. I came in there unsure of what I was looking for and what I could reasonably afford in my current situation. I drove away in something way different then expected but have grown very fond of my purchase over the last few weeks of driving it! Its so fun to drive and fits my personality and lifestyle. Thank you for being so patient and helpful with my purchase. Kenneth Carter helped me with all the financial paperwork and really makes it as painless as possible. He explains everything in a way that's easy for anyone to understand and is really good at making the customer feel important, appreciated and a part of the Ford family. Denise Wolf was the last employee who helped me before heading home in my new car. She was extremely sweet and congratulatory. She went over all the options I could add on to my new Fiesta, finding out details about my lifestyle and making personal recommendations that I plan on coming in soon to purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle even if it isnt a Ford. They treat everyone fairly and make them feel like family. I am beyond satisfied with the overall experience and have grown very attached to my new car over the last few weeks. Thank you all for your help! More
