Excellent Team This is my third Bill Utter Ford and I've been very pleased. My first purchase was for a car that I just wanted to own. After I got tired of the fun This is my third Bill Utter Ford and I've been very pleased. My first purchase was for a car that I just wanted to own. After I got tired of the fun car, I traded for a new 2015 F150 and that was my favorite vehicle of all time. It was a great truck and when I had a few "unusual" problems, Ford stood behind their truck which really helped me out. Because of this and the support from the entire team, I passed on brand new GMC and Chevrolet trucks which were $4,000 to $8,000 less expensive. They were nice trucks, but not as nice as the F150 in features and the salesperson couldn't assure me that the dealership or GM would stand behind their product like Bill Utter and Ford. I would rather spend more money and know I will have great customer service. More
