When you’re family everything is better Walking into my second visit to Kia of Wilmington I was apprehensive. Change is not something I do well and committing to a new car after living in (i Walking into my second visit to Kia of Wilmington I was apprehensive. Change is not something I do well and committing to a new car after living in (it seems like) and with mine for 8 years, seemed out of the realm of possibilities. I have known Drew Baker as a coworker for the past 6-7 years and the role he played in helping me to get my new car cannot be put into precise words of gratitude. From staying with me every step of the way in the buying process, to being patient with me and my budgeting, to getting to know and understand my perspective and where I have been in my past with change, but purchase items, and credit history, to finally motivating me and supporting me in finalizing the sale, Drew is one of a kind. He even saw how much wear and tear my current car had and make it his prerogative to no only to make the buying of my car happen to fit my life conditions, but more importantly, because he was concerned for my safety if I continued to drive my old car. If that isn’t customer care, I don’t know what is! I am proud to say Kia of Wilmington has done a phenomenal job of making car buying worry free, and an overall positive experience. The Best Dealership I’ve Encountered My experience with Kia of Wilmington was nothing short of phenomenal. From the time that I walked into the dealership until the time that I drove off My experience with Kia of Wilmington was nothing short of phenomenal. From the time that I walked into the dealership until the time that I drove off of the lot in my new vehicle, the staff were amazingly courteous, knowledgeable, thoughtful, PERSONABLE, and encouraging. Drew worked with my budget & credit to find me a car that I am extremely happy with. He answered all of the questions I had about the vehicles, financing, warranties, etc that I knew nothing about. The most important thing being, he put me into a dependable vehicle that I can afford. Anthony was also very personable and helped me get the loan for my vehicle (which I was nervous about) and he took time to explain everything to me. He also arranged for me to be picked up to come get my car which I appreciate greatly. They made the “first time buying” process very easy & FUN. I can tell the staff enjoy their careers and they are truthfully good at it. Overall, I’m EXTREMELY happy and confident with my choice and I couldn’t have done this without Kia of Wilmington. When we had to leave due to approaching meltdown time and couldn’t finish the deal, Drew did everything he could to get the paperwork together so we could come in the next day and just get it done, which was greatly appreciated.
