A friend recommended Brent Brown Toyota to me so when I needed a new car, I paid them a visit. I first talked to Wade Henrie, the manager who was very friendly and helpful. He introduced me to Drew Brown. needed a new car, I paid them a visit. I first talked to Wade Henrie, the manager who was very friendly and helpful. He introduced me to Drew Brown. Drew went with me on the test drive. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I purchased a new car which I really like. I highly recommend Brent Brown Toyota. They are awesome. More

I had to keep emailing and calling the dealership for the transit location of the car. We have a very busy schedule with work and Thanksgiving. We will be gone for two weeks in Dec. We wanted to know how to schedule the four hour drive to Orem and we were concerned about weather-snow. We were given about a 36 hour notice. We were planning to stay up north for the weekend but turned around and drove home that night. The next day (Sunday) there was a snow storm. I felt there was a delay in communicating the pick-up time. It would have been nice to get a Toyota hat or key chain, at least. More

I had verbal agreement with the original salesperson. When it came time for paperwork, additional fees were added. These fees were called "City Fees" and totaled nearly $1,000. When I asked for more detail it turns out it was just added on fees that had nothing to do with the city - they were dealer fees that were "disguised" to appear to be something more 'official.' Very sketchy behavior and just one more reason people hate car dealers. Also the fact that the "Finance Department" will only communicate through a salesperson adds to the sketchiness. You had a chance to make a loyal customer, but instead you made a customer who doesn't trust you. I couldn't be less impressed with this dealership. More
