STAY AWAY ! !! Brought my 2023 Chevrolet truck in for the GM recall related to loss of propulsion on 6.2 L engines. The vehicle was experiencing the same symptom !! Brought my 2023 Chevrolet truck in for the GM recall related to loss of propulsion on 6.2 L engines. The vehicle was experiencing the same symptoms described in the recall, including a rough idle and ticking noise. The dealership refused to proceed with the recall inspection, claiming an “unknown top-end noise” had to be repaired at my expense before they could even test for the recall condition. GM Technical Assistance had been contacted, yet the dealership still would not move forward or help confirm whether the issue was related to the known defect. This left the vehicle sitting for days with no resolution and no real effort to assist. It’s disappointing to see a certified Chevrolet dealer avoid responsibility on a safety-related recall. Customers deserve honesty and cooperation—especially when dealing with known manufacturer defects. More

Hi there I had my appointment at 3pm yesterday but the pressure on the tires was not met, it was supposed to be at 41 all around plus the front bumper fix was not even looked at either. I waited for some time for this stuff to have been done. That's why people schedule. I don't have time to run back down and wait an hour for such small fixes. I'm very dissatisfied with the service. Plus when I was given my keys to the car, it was parked behind other vehicles, I had to come back into the office to get someone to move it. Terribly service very disconnected beginning to end More
