This dealership has the worst service at their vehicle service department. They did not take the same extended service plan that their other dealership on Hwy 6 excepted without question. I will never be back to Classc Chevy in Sugar Land and I wi make sure I tell anyone I know never to go to that dealership More

I love this dealership. Always take my vehicles there and have bought two vehicles from there. But in this last go round where I brought in my Tahoe there were several codes Always take my vehicles there and have bought two vehicles from there. But in this last go round where I brought in my Tahoe there were several codes that came up with one being a misfire. Vehicle was with them for almost 2 weeks and was told I just needed a new battery. Got a battery and 2 months later, the misfire code is coming back up. Not to mention I had to pay them over $400 for getting a loaner vehicle which I have never had to do so that was unexpected and ended up paying $700 total. Definitely not happy. More
