VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I saw a pre-owned car online and asked the Biener dealership if it was still available. They said Yes. I went to see it the next day, and called to pu I saw a pre-owned car online and asked the Biener dealership if it was still available. They said Yes. I went to see it the next day, and called to purchase it the following morning. The salesman said "Awesome!" There was a little negotiating to do so I asked him to contact his manager and get back to me. He called back 5 minutes later and said "WE HAVE A DEAL." He said, "I'm not at the office now, so will call you tomorrow for a credit card for a deposit, but the car is being held for you." When I did not hear the next day, I called him, and he said "Bad news: The car was sold." I was quite disappointed and quite surprised. When did the car get sold? And why did the manager not know that on the morning I called to purchase it? I think they just found someone who was willing to pay more for the car. Unethical, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More

Go To Biener, Go To Biener, Go To Biener!!! For years I've heard from many people, "go to Biener, go to Biener, go to Biener"... I now know why! This is the only time in my life that I left a d For years I've heard from many people, "go to Biener, go to Biener, go to Biener"... I now know why! This is the only time in my life that I left a dealership saying "wow, that was a pleasure!". Sales manager Drew Russo, Sales rep Marc Rubin and finance manager Brian Paige are all pleasant people (I also met the general manager and had some nice conversation with him). They did not start out with ridiculous numbers to cross out and play games. I came in with a number for them to match and before they knew what my number was, they quoted me the same price. These guys are friendly and nice without the lies and games of EVERY other dealer I have ever experienced. For every dealer that I've had horrible experiences with, I've met dozens of people that have had nothing nice to say either. I've always heard great things about Biener, and since I got my car from them a week ago, have run into several people already that praise them. I won't mention other dealers names however, I work in Lynbrook two minutes from an audi dealer which happened to have my car in stock. The salesman didn't know anything about the car or it's available options and the sales manager was rude and nasty. Biener is worth the 35 minute ride over the 2 minute ride (or walk). Until now I have always said "they're all the same!" or "one is worse than the next!" Biener is the exception... "Go To Biener!" More

LOVE MY NEW SQ5!!!! Had an amazing experience over at Biener last month when I purchased my new SQ5. I live 45 minutes away and passed 3 other dealerships to get there, After shopping around, nobody tried earning my business as hard as Drew and George over at Biener. Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and left the same day in the car I had spent months searching for at the best price around. They were easy to work with, down to earth, not pushy, professional and extremely helpful. This is my 4th Audi and will own many more, and I plan to go back to purchase all my future Audi's from them. Don't hesitate to check them out, you won't be disappointed! More

Exceptional Experience - 2016 Q5 3.0T I went in looking for a 2016 SQ5. Went home in a 2016 Q5 3.0T. As Joe got to know me and what I was looking for, he put me into a car that was $8500 c I went in looking for a 2016 SQ5. Went home in a 2016 Q5 3.0T. As Joe got to know me and what I was looking for, he put me into a car that was $8500 cheaper that had all the power and performance I needed in a second car. Beyond Joe, Drew and Brian were exceptional also. I was there on 2nd to last day of the month, the showroom was packed, yet they made time for me as if I were the only sale that mattered. #1 Audi dealership in the country, yet the #1 car buying experience I have ever had. Amazing. More

Fantastic Customer Service Experience! We just picked up our new Q-3 from Biener. Salesman Joe Mortell was great & helpful in making sure everything was handled & ready for our scheduled pi We just picked up our new Q-3 from Biener. Salesman Joe Mortell was great & helpful in making sure everything was handled & ready for our scheduled pick-up--- we ordered the vehicle the day before leaving for a 3 week vacation & returned on 2/29 , expecting to do the pick up. Everything was handled in our absence, without a hitch. Great vehicle! The best part was our experience with sales manager, Drew Russo. He expertly handled some nuisance "odds & ends" concerning the Audi A-3, that we had purchased at another dealership, but returned to Biener. In years past, we had acquired other Audis, but never at Biener.( Despite living so close to this dealership) They were never competitive enough, & never seemed to "want" our business. THIS WAS REVERSED on this occassion. They truly earned our business, our trust, & thanked us for our business. Quite a turn around & we are now a member of "the Biener Family"- More
