Certified reliability!! Going into Lester Glenn Chevrolet with our last lease payment, we were not sure if we wanted to purchase our current vehicle because we wanted an all Going into Lester Glenn Chevrolet with our last lease payment, we were not sure if we wanted to purchase our current vehicle because we wanted an all wheel vehicle. We definitely knew we didn't want to lease again, at this time. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile by Drew Ward when we had entered Lester Glen Chevrolet, and both he and Joseph Horsfield were very compassionate in listening to, as well as meeting all of our concerns. We decided to purchase a certified pre-owned Equinox that truly exceeded our expectations. Then we met Devin Jensen, who also answered many questions about the gap insurance, extended warranty and service for our new vehicle. One other thing that we noticed, because it is evident as you sit there observing, is the pleasant atmosphere of the employees there. Everyone smiling and encouraging one another, wow! It kinda makes you not want to leave, we felt very at home there. They offered us multiple times, water coffee or tea... this was a very pleasurable experience and we were blessed to be cared for by them. We are completely satisfied, and even after a couple of days thinking about it, we still believe it was a great decision, knowing we made the right call in purchasing this vehicle.
