We were met by Drew Ward and sat with him to discuss out needs. I began to tell him of our needs and in seconds realized that this man was very interested in helping us find a vehicle. I explained that we need a vehicle we can Dingy Tow and thought the Equinox might be a good fit. He was not sure of the idea of towing it so he immediately went to the service manager to find out the answer, very impressive , rather then give the question an oh I'm sure you can he took the time to find out the answer. Drew's attitude, and relaxed demeanor helped us realize we had someone who cared about us and our budget. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy which made us very comfortable. When it was time for the numbers Drew, his immediate manager, and the assistant dealership manager Bill worked with us to reach an agreement on the sale in a low stress atmosphere. This is my third Lester Glenn vehicle and I feel there is no other dealership that treats people in such a respectful manner when they come to purchase or just look at a new purchase . I would also like to thank Dominick Cuomo for doing a great job Finalizing the deal another great employee. I personally want to give another special thank you to my Salesperson Drew Ward for taking such wonderful care of us!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

He greeted us promptly, but not in that "creepy salesman way". Drew left us to look around the lot, and checked in with us just the right amount of times. The test drive was easy, and even the process of negotiating a price was quick and painless. I'll be the first to admit, I'm not an easy customer to please. I know a thing or two about selling used cars, so I know how to hang in there for the best deal. I can report that Drew, without a doubt, always remained courteous and professional. Anyone looking to purchase a new car should stop down at Lester Glenn Chevy and see Drew Ward! I must also add, that Nick Barile was very knowledgeable about finance, and he never tried to sell my elderly parents any services that weren't in their best interest. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. More
