Minor issues -Preapproved financial paperwork was not transferred to financial representative completing the final sale. Lack of knowledge and expertise resulted in hours trying to analyze the issue including talking to service, Toyota Customer Service and sales representatives. Toyota Customer Service was no help and exasperated the issue of a lack of knowledge. The issue was solved when a Sales Mgr asked a non-service tech to help. The matter was resolved in minutes. Unfortunately, the customer was the one to be proactive about the matter. More

His communication was active and helpful without being overbearing or pushy (how refreshing!).
