Duane was friendly & speedly concluded the process plus acted on all items I pointed out except tinting which he comeback & reported finance says i would have to pay. I pointed out the vehicle is pulling slightly towards the left side & despite the green alignment report it still does. Not sure if its the alignment equipment which needs calibration or the car that has an issue. Plan to take it to a different dealer to confirm. More

I had an appointment on Saturday 12. 13.25 at 8 am. Joel Casper was my Service Advisor but he would not put my car on a lift to see what exactly was rattling up under it. He stated that he knew for a fact that they didn't have any parts for my make of car. Well, I bought the car from Pat Lobb Toyota but he just told me to go to a dealership that makes Mazda's. I couldn't believe he wouldn't even check to figure out the damage and order the part. Then Joel Casper told someone to give me the address to a dealership down the road. When I told the other dealership what happened, they fit me in right away and ordered the damaged part. I pre-paid for everything and was told they will call me to make an appointment once it arrives. Why couldn't Pat Lobb do that? More
