Duane was friendly & speedly concluded the process plus acted on all items I pointed out except tinting which he comeback & reported finance says i would have to pay. Was generally happy though I ended u acted on all items I pointed out except tinting which he comeback & reported finance says i would have to pay. Was generally happy though I ended up with a higher price than expected. Especially due to the pressure to buy add-ons. I pointed out the vehicle is pulling slightly towards the left side & despite the green alignment report it still does. Not sure if its the alignment equipment which needs calibration or the car that has an issue. Plan to take it to a different dealer to confirm. More
