I have mixed feelings about my situation with Pat Lobb on one hand Duane May was awesome very helpful and fast to respond with any questions I had. Duane even took the time to do a complete video breakdown inside and out of the truck I was interested in. Then there’s the other hand when it was time to talk about the sale the higher ups wouldn’t do business with with me with out of state financing. I live In Arkansas 4.5 hours away and already had been pre-approved for the loan through my employer credit union. They did give me the option of financing through TMC in the dealership. But that would have been at a higher rate and another hard inquiry on my credit it just wasn’t worth the hassle or extra cost in my opinion. I can’t say enough about my experience with Duane I had been looking for the right truck for almost 2 months and had dealt with a few shady sales people and a couple who couldn’t be bothered to even get information to me in a timely manner he was a breath of fresh air if your local and need a Toyota he’s the guy I’d ask for. More
