I met with Camron Galavez on Sat. July22. I had an appointment with Duane May,but he was unavailable so Camron helped me. I was expecting to look at a Camry that Duane knew that I w July22. I had an appointment with Duane May,but he was unavailable so Camron helped me. I was expecting to look at a Camry that Duane knew that I would probably like but unfortunately it sold before I got to the dealership. So Camron got busy finding out what I wanted and the price that I wanted to pay. He found me a new Camry (only 3,000 miles on it) .He went to get the car,drove it up front,and I went out to look at it. I ended up buying it and the whole process was one of the better experiences that I have had when buying a car. I would not hesitate to come back to Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney to purchase another car and I have told my family and friends what a good experience it was. Camron was knowledgeable,and courteous. I have mixed feelings about my situation with Pat Lobb on one hand Duane May was awesome very helpful and fast to respond with any questions I had. Then there’s the other hand when it was time to talk about the sale the higher ups wouldn’t do business with with me with out of state financing. I live In Arkansas 4.5 hours away and already had been pre-approved for the loan through my employer credit union. They did give me the option of financing through TMC in the dealership. But that would have been at a higher rate and another hard inquiry on my credit it just wasn’t worth the hassle or extra cost in my opinion. I can’t say enough about my experience with Duane I had been looking for the right truck for almost 2 months and had dealt with a few shady sales people and a couple who couldn’t be bothered to even get information to me in a timely manner he was a breath of fresh air if your local and need a Toyota he’s the guy I’d ask for. More
