Duane was a pleasure to work with. Prompt with phone calls and emails. The transaction was seamless. We even drove all the way to St. Cloud from Miami just to pick up the truck. Paula Wells was exceptional in her support in leading me through the whole process. She seemed to really want my buying experience to be a great one (and it was!). Paula and the whole staff at Kisselback Ford went out of there way to make me feel welcome and showed wonderful patience in helping with my questions and insuring I had an understanding of the different features on my new car (Rachel Rutledge assisted in researching some of my questions - she was very thorough!). Duane Norman was expecially helpful in demonstrating the different features of the SYNC system (you could tell he enjoyed talking about the great features of the system!). All in all it was a very positive and wonderful experience with this dealership and I would highly recommend them to others. More

The wife and I went into the dealership looking to replace our 19 year old truck. Paula Wells met us with a nice smile and firm hand shake. After offering us coffee she asked us what our needs were and what type of vehicle we were looking for. My wife wanted a Ford Flex. We test drove an 09 that was in great condition and decided that it would work for our needs. Duane Norman really crunched the numbers to get us to where we wanted to be since these days you have to be careful and follow your budget in order to be able to make things all work together and pay your bills. He did a great job. Mike Reilly did a fine job of getting us signed out and ready to go. The nicest thing that my wife and I enjoyed was the fact that all the sales team and managers came out and wished us good luck with our new purchase, even Mr. Kissleback shook our hands, nice touch. Paul showed us all the features and settings that our Flex had and we left with a smile and confident feeling that we got a great deal and were very pleased. I would and already have recommended this dealership to friends and family. More
