Dureen Olson did a magnificient job of providing options on different models of the Cadillac fleet. By letting me drive the ATS, I was able to clearly decide that the CUE was a good system, but the car was on different models of the Cadillac fleet. By letting me drive the ATS, I was able to clearly decide that the CUE was a good system, but the car was just too small. Her knowledge of the different styles led me to the final choice of the XTS. Having specific inventory on hand was important in closing the sale. Refunding of the unused portion of the GMPP on my two trade-ins was another key item. Coulter's participation in the Costco Promotion was also a key factor in my decisions. Debbie Niles did a good job of providing the paperwork and explaining the additional options available. Scott Bergstrom provided additional information about the CUE system which I found of interest. Ron Hammon provided initial positive feedback on the ATS. This being my fourth vehicle purchase from Coulter on Camelback over the years, I continue to appreciate the quality of the "Coulter Experience". More

I had trepidation at the usual xx you get when you buy a car. But not at this dealer. They were straight up with their info, knew their product, and there was no hard sell.
