I asked him to explain the engine setup to me. Nick nailed the sale by explaining the engine in terms someone non-mechanical could understand without talking down to me. He did an amazing job showing the features of the car. He then continued the respectful speak through the financial discussions. Another unexpected benefit is the re-delivery service. After a couple weeks with your car, you come back and meet with Dee Boyett. She does NOT try to sell anything. She walks through the features of the car. Got great insight in using some of the features that we were uncertain on. You also get a $25 QT gift card for coming. Really appreciated the training so I didn't have to review the manual! We were highly satisfied with our dealing with Five Star Subaru, Nick, and Dee. Highly recommend. More

I had heard horror stories from people about how awful it is to deal wi When I totaled my car, I was not looking forward to the car buying experience. I had heard horror stories from people about how awful it is to deal with car salesmen and dealerships... That was NOT my experience. I reached out to the dealership via USAA and promptly received a call from Dustin. I told him I was just looking and was still waiting for more details from USAA about my car. Dustin said to let him know when I was ready to come check out cars and he’d be happy to help me with the process. Here is why I bought from him: He didn’t call me every day. He didn’t blowup my email. He patiently waited until I contacted him. If only every dealership could be like this!!! I was getting 50 calls a day from dealerships and Dustin was the only one who wasn’t hassling me. Throughout the process, Dustin and his co-worker Phillip walked me through every step. Aware that I was new to the car buying scene, they carefully explained everything to me and did not try to mislead or trick me into buying something I did not want. They carefully went over pricing with me and ended up giving me a 2019 Forester Limited at cost! They had to order one for me but they kept me updated on its delivery date and even sent me pictures when it arrived. On top of all this, they let me bring my dog into the dealership, offered him water and even let him get into the cars to see how they would work for him. They also gave him a Subaru leash! I cannot day enough good things about this dealership and Dustin and Phillip. If I ever need another car, I will absolutely come back to Five Star Subaru in a heartbeat! Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. More

He went above and beyond to get me a great deal on an Impreza. Dustin Cox and Brian Button in finance were keeping tabs on the transaction making sure everything went as smooth as possible and it did. At no time was there any pressure from anyone. We arrived about 8:45am, but they said Black Friday's hours was over (?).Since we were interested in Subaru and want to get one that special day. We eventually met Bill Klozik a sale consultant in the lot. He was very well informed and experienced guy. Helped us to find the right car. We came on a cold rainy day, and Dustin had the car running and the seat warmers on to make sure that we were comfortable during our test drive. He was not pushy during the process which is a refreshing thing when making such a big decision. Dealership is clean, the car was very clean, he made sure the batteries are fresh in our key fobs, and every little thing on the car was ready and perfect for us.
