What a great Subaru dealership Five Star Subaru of Grapevine, Texas holds up to it's name being 5 stars. This was the first Subaru dealership experience for me and overall I had a Five Star Subaru of Grapevine, Texas holds up to it's name being 5 stars. This was the first Subaru dealership experience for me and overall I had a great experience. Dustin Cox was knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles, showed great communication skills, and was very professional!!! Freddie Valdovinos made finance process smooth and easy!!! My family and I love our Forester and will be back in few years to purchase another one. Thanks again, Armando More

Dustin did a great job keeping us updated throughout the wait and making sure we received the car in a timely manner once it arrived. He also did great making sure we were familiar with all the features in our new car. Overall, we were very please with our experience until we reached finance. The finance person was very pushy with selling us an extended warranty- despite repeating multiple times that we were not interested. He kept asking us to explain why we didn’t want to pay for an extended warranty, which in my opinion doesn’t matter after we have repeatedly said no. More

The First Time I’ve Enjoyed Buying a Car Buying a car is usually horrible. It’s a huge commitment, you don’t know if you’re being taken advantage of, and there’s this weird “buyer vs. salesma Buying a car is usually horrible. It’s a huge commitment, you don’t know if you’re being taken advantage of, and there’s this weird “buyer vs. salesman vs. office guy” dynamic where every party is playing the other to get the best deal for himself. That was what I was expecting when I made an appointment to test drive a Forester, but I was proven wrong. There was no “wheeler dealer” showmanship or toothy self-serving grins, everyone seemed legitimately happy to help me find the best pick for me. I was never “upselled” and the only option I was offered was a prepaid maintenance maintenance plan. Very happy with my Forester and I will 100% be back when it’s time to replace our other car. More

Cameron was patient, engaging, and knowledgeable. He offered many options but never confused us.
