At that time he offered us a 24 hr. test drive in the vehicle we were considering. Upon conclusion of test drive he made an offer, we traded "ideas" came to an agreement and went on to closing. Dustin is a very personable young man, extremely professional, knows his products, expresses himself very articulately and was extremely accommodating. Dustin included Jacob Balderas in the closing of the deal. Jacob also was the presenter and educator of the Highlander's features, requirements, amenities and general questions that we had. Jacob very knowledgeable, articulate, a great listener and very professional in his demeanor and appearance. Both Dustin and Jacob are great "faces" for Ed Martin Toyota. More

New Prius for Daughter Shopped all over for a car for my 19-year-old daughter and at the time, two different Toyota's were on our list (Corolla and Prius). I bought my last Shopped all over for a car for my 19-year-old daughter and at the time, two different Toyota's were on our list (Corolla and Prius). I bought my last car from Ed Martin Nissan so I was happy that this new Ed Martin dealership was now open right down the street from my house as my last experience was excellent and hassle free. We were greeted at the front desk and introduced to John Goodpaster who assisted us with the purchase. John took the time to listen to what we were looking for and brought the cars around for us to drive. We first drove a Prius after John briefed us on the features and pretty quickly fell in love with it. We also drove a Corolla that day but I had a few more questions about the Prius. It was later in the afternoon on a Saturday and we had a few more cars to look at but I had a feeling that the Prius was the one. John was very informative, low pressure, and fun to deal with and I told him my plans and that I would get back to him. I spoke to John on Monday and asked for their best price (which I got) and made a call or two to be certain of the deal I was getting and it was excellent. John and I spoke then he introduced my to Dustin C. to take the credit app and put the deal in motion. This was all done in less than 10 minutes near the end of the day Tuesday and we picked up the car that next morning with everything ready to go. Heather in finance went through the paperwork with us on a really cool "active" desk , I signed everything and again it was easy and hassle free. The bottom line for me is that there are several dealers to do business with in Central Indiana and for the second time I got a great deal and had a great buying experience at an Ed Martin dealership. Thank you to John, Dustin, and Heather for making this so easy and fun for my Daughter and I, we will be back. More

I worked with multiple people, but when we came in to look at the car, test drive, and get some base numbers, it was extremely easy, with no pressure, no sales-ey tactics (like some other dealers), and very to the point, which we appreciated as we were short on time. When we came in to buy, after just a few back and forths over the phone and text ahead of time, we were driving our new Highlander out 40 minutes after arrival. Thank you so much for your work with us. I believe our next car will be a Toyota from Ed Martin and the team in Noblesville! More

Very knowledgeable staff and they did a great job of processing my trade-in, which I felt they offered a very fair price on. Everyone I worked with at Ed Martin was enthusiastic and passionate about their job and helping me. The new dealership is state of the art and their service department does a great as well.
