I was slightly disappointed with the overal cleanliness of the vehicle when I picked it up. It was dirty under the hood and the interior had some dust and slightly dirty spots. It looked nice though. At no point was the price higher and at no point was I offered a payment option outside the initial budget parameters I had set. Dustin in the finance department was also wonderful to work with. This was my first experience at Cassens, and it far exceeded my expectations. This was, overall, the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

Our salesperson, Holly, worked hard to find We recently purchased a 2018 Pacifica from Cassens. The staff at Cassens was very friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Holly, worked hard to find the vehicle with the exact options that we requested. We discussed what was important to us and what was not. We appreciated the fact that Holly did not try to oversell, as many sales people are inclined to do. Once we settled on a vehicle, Dustin walked us through the purchase documents and explained the options available for extended warranties. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent advice. We took possession of a vehicle that was spotless and prepared just for us. Before we drove away, Holly gave us an in car tutorial of all the features that our Pacifica is equipped with.. All in all, our experience with Cassens was very pleasant and satisfying. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. More
