Friendly Employees My sales rep, Jerry Price. was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not high-pressure me or try to rush me, even though the dealership was busy that day. My sales rep, Jerry Price. was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not high-pressure me or try to rush me, even though the dealership was busy that day. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to steer me towards something they were just trying to get off the lot. (I had that happen at another dealership.) He could see I was driving an older vehicle, and took time to explain a lot of the new features in the Cherokee Latitude that I test drove. Jerry took a lot of the stress out of purchasing a car, and I felt comfortable dealing with him and would do so again. Dustin Simaytis in the Finance Dept. was also friendly and pleasant to work with. And my new Cherokee Latitude is such a comfortable ride and handles great! I'm very happy with it. Thanks, Cassens!
