He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and completely upfront about the numbers. We handled much of the process remotely, and Troy answered every question directly without pressure or games. When we arrived to complete the purchase, everything was organized and ready to go. The experience continued once we sat down with the finance manager. He walked us through the available warranty and protection options, explained everything clearly, and even let us know that the pricing was negotiable. Most importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. That really sums up what made Honda of Fort Worth stand out to us. At many dealerships, you feel like you have to stay on guard the entire time because someone is constantly trying to “sell” you something or change the deal. We never felt that way here. We were able to ask questions, consider our options, and make decisions without feeling pushed. The finance guy came off as extremely sleazy and became visibly upset when I refused to buy an extended warranty, no one could explain the fees, and they insisted that my DV plates would cost X amount when the dmv website explicitly states a much lower amounts. Throughout the entire time, not one single manager came to talk to us when concerns were brought up and it just seemed like amateur hour there More
