Went to smithtown for a tire change and they were awful my tire was under warranty and Dwayne told me that when I told him a month later what happened. I have brand loyalty because of my service experience with Dwayne. I was having lunch with my attorney while my car was being serviced and she asked who my service person was and to our surprise it was Dwayne. We immediately called him and let him know how much we appreciate him. She has brand loyalty too because of Dwayne More
