Both times I have interacted with product specialist Dwen Thomas who was extre This is my second Ricart Nissan Sentra. It has been a great experience. Both times I have interacted with product specialist Dwen Thomas who was extremely knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and demonstrated all the features of the vehicles. She's a pleasure to work with. The finance staff, in this latest instance I worked with Sean Johnson, has always shown their commitment to customer satisfaction and that I've been completely comfortable and satisfied with the experience. The service department is always fast, friendly and dependable. My interactions with the Import service manager Cindy Price are consistently friendly, informative and overall, great. My service advisor Paul Shoemaker never fails to give me complete, accurate and dependable information and advice. I am a repeat customer because these people have made all my experiences with the Ricart family of dealerships, and in particular, Ricart Nissan an excellent one. More

You Can't Beat Ricart's Mega Mall! I am amazed at how Ricart's has managed to take such a huge operation and carefully tailor it to fit the customer's individual need, No matter what th I am amazed at how Ricart's has managed to take such a huge operation and carefully tailor it to fit the customer's individual need, No matter what the reason for visiting Ricart's Mega Mall, from the time you drive through the checkpoint, to going to the sales office, or going to keep a service appointment, every staff member is consistently inviting, enthusiastic, courteous, and well informed. Ricart's has mastered the art of Customer Service! I appreciate how this staff seamlessly works together to make each experience a genuine pleasure. I would be remiss not to especially mention Dwen Thomas. She is truly a Ricart's Nissan treasure. Her expertise and ability to go beyond the call of duty ensures that I would not consider going to any other dealership for any of my automotive needs. More

I have bought several cars in my lifetime, but never new. I retired from the Army in September 2012 and moved back home to Columbus. I've always wanted to buy a car at the Mega Mall. This truly was the ABSOLUTE best experience that I've ever had. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with friendliness, professionalism, and respect. Ms. D. Thomas was just THEBOMB.COM!!! We told her what we wanted and she went right to work! She didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want and she didn't try to belittle us or look down upon us. She was very professional and knowledgeable about our choice. I would recommend this dealer and this sales associate because she really was FANTABULOUS!!! More

I was all set to buy a Nissan Leaf from a different dealer but thought I would see if Ricart could meet or beat the deal I got elsewhere. I sent an inquiry via e-mail and got a quick response saying they would match or beat the deal. I went in thinking they might try to change the terms or add extras, but everything was just as we had agreed - and was already prepared for me when I got there. I met Shane Self (Sales Director) and he referred me to Dwendolyn Thomas. Everything was so easy. I kept waiting for something to go wrong - you know how many people have horror stories of their car buying experiences - but this was truly a great car buying experience. I'm still amazed by how well everything went. Highly recommended!! More
