For me, customer service started when I saw Rick Ricart on a television commercial July 06, 2012. He was so believable that I called Dwen Thomas that morning to see if I could upgrade from the 2012 Nissan on a television commercial July 06, 2012. He was so believable that I called Dwen Thomas that morning to see if I could upgrade from the 2012 Nissan Sentra (which I had just purchased on January 06,2012) to the 2012 Altima. She enthusiastically encouraged me to come in. When I got there I experienced the same comfortable environment that I had received when I bought my first car. Purchasing a car is generally a tedious and timely process, but purchasing a car from Ricart's (particularly Dwen Thomas) is just like going to visit a favorite relative. Dwen is friendly, warm, extremely knowledgeable, and above all professional. Shannon Marcum was reassuring and highly resourceful. Janda Beresford made signing all of the necessary paperwork a breeze! I appreciate how this staff seamlessly works together to make each visit to Ricart's MegaMall a pleasure. Whenever I visit Ricart's MegaMall, I am amazed at how they have managed to take such a huge operation and carefully tailor it to fit the customer's individual need. No matter what the reason for visiting Ricart's MegaMall, from the time you drive through the first checkpoint, to going to the sales office, or going to keep a service appointment, to even just going to the carwash, every staff member is consistantly inviting, enthusiastic, courteous, and well informed. I would not even consider going to another dealer. Ricart's has mastered the art of Customer Service! More

I met with Jeremy Young whom I had corresponded with on the internet and he introduced me to Dwendolyn Thomas who was the sales person who introduced me to the car that I purchased. Dwen is very knowledgea the internet and he introduced me to Dwendolyn Thomas who was the sales person who introduced me to the car that I purchased. Dwen is very knowledgeable about cars and she even told me a few things that I did not know. I have purchased at least 25 new or used cars in my life time. I also own two Historical cars. I would like to say that Dwen treated me with Vigor and Honor that one would not receive at most Dealerships. She went out of her way just to help me. I will definitely recommend Ricart to anyone. More

Dwendolyn Thomas was outstanding especially when it came to pointing out the features of the car and some of the things that have changed on the Sentra since I last purchased one 6 years ago. I came to Ricart after a horrible experience at Lindsay Honda. This was my second time purchasing a car from Ricart. Before I had purchase a new 2008 Nissan Sentra from Ms.Thomas. In August 2011 I purcha Honda. This was my second time purchasing a car from Ricart. Before I had purchase a new 2008 Nissan Sentra from Ms.Thomas. In August 2011 I purchased a new 2012 Honda civic from Lindsay Honda. I was sold a car that was made with no A/C. The salesperson at the time mention the car had no a/c but in a joking matter.Playful enough to where I thought he was serious. Basically Honda was not willing to work with me and put me in a car with a/c even after contacting them 20 mins after leaving the lot. I didn't want out my contract just a car with a/c. That was the worst car experience I had ever had(If you would like to hear my full story and circles Lindsay Honda took me through please read my complaint on Better Business Bureau). Anyways! I kept the car for about 6 months to build some payment history and contacted Ms.Thomas and with the helpful assistance of Ms.Thomas she took compassion in my situation and got me out my car and into a new 2012 Altima. I couldn't be more grateful. Ms.Thomas was so patient and took every minute she could to accommodate me. Her customer service is above and beyond. Never once did she ever make me feel she just wanted to get a sell. I can't express enough how Ms.Thomas made this experience. She reminded me why I purchased my first car from her. Ms.Thomas and Ricart has a customer for life. Thank you. More

This is an excellent dealer on all counts! The purpose of my visit was to get an oil change. The dealership in itself is awesome! I noticed the freshness and cleanliness immediately. As I sat in the waiting my visit was to get an oil change. The dealership in itself is awesome! I noticed the freshness and cleanliness immediately. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed the very tasteful decorations. The furniture, numerous flatscreened televisions, the exquisite artwork, and the computre lab. I was very pleased to sit and wait for my car to be serviced. The superior customer service was wonderful, but the salesmanship of Ms. Dwendolyn Thomas was totally professional. By the time she told me what their dealrship offered in terms of just bringing my car there to be serviced, I was totally sold. As we continued our conversation I was so comfortable with her that we decided to look at other cars. She listened to what I needed and what I could afford and at the end of it all I drove a brand new 2012 Sentra home. Ricart's has a customer for life, and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that I know! More

I had purchased my last car here at Ricart and since I had such a great experience, I thought it was only natural to come back for my next one. This time, I was looking for a Nissan Maxima and of course had such a great experience, I thought it was only natural to come back for my next one. This time, I was looking for a Nissan Maxima and of course I contacted Dwen Thomas & Shea Sohovich (my previous sales people) to locate the car. Once again, Ricart had exactly what I was looking for and they worked a great deal! They called to schedule an appointment when the car was ready, it was delivered on time and detailed. Again, it was a smooth and seamless process and they both spent quality time with me going over the new car features and getting it all set up. Loving the car and Ricart has earned a customer for life! More
