I would have gave it 5 stars except the dealership washed my car without my knowledge and it was absolutely terrible to say the least! My husband had to come to my employer and clean all my windows, i washed my car without my knowledge and it was absolutely terrible to say the least! My husband had to come to my employer and clean all my windows, it was so bad. There were marks everywhere on my vehicle, it was actually embarrassing to drive. I have ceramic coating on my vehicle for a reason, I only go through touchless car washes if absolutely necessary, it really concerns me that someone this careless was touching my vehicle with the salt and sand. I did call Dylan and he offered to detail my vehicle, but it’s very inconvenient to leave it for a day with no transportation to and from work. I live an hour away and work 1/2 hour away. Dylan was absolutely fantastic with my visit to service from beginning to end. I just wish they had not attempted to wash my car, it was horrendous. More
