Fairly easy car buying experience and I felt the price was fair. But this was the only time I've bought a car and never heard from the sales person again after signing a purchase agreement. A little more desired in terms of communication. Car registration was fumbled a bit, after that I never heard back again fron sales person. Other than that it was an overall good experience. Their finance person was great, he's very friendly and personable, great communication. Offered different add ons warranty options. Nothing was high pressure. I would absolutely work with him again. Very pleasant and responsive to any questions I had. Minor issue with sensor in the car - I tried to get in touch. Left a VM 2 days ago but no call back. Just went ahead and scheduled a service appt. Dylan in their service Dept is a Rockstar. so I'm hopeful the issue will be resolved. I take my other cars here, customer service in their service dept is top notch. More

Brought the car in for an oil change - something else was found and repaired. The oil change was never done and I didn’t realize that for a couple days. Got a phone call saying it was a misunderstanding, and the blame was pretty much put on me and that I wasn’t too clear on what I wanted done - however the video from the tech working on the car clearly states that the car was in there for an oil change..apparently it was understood to be in there for an oil change. Next time I drove the car it seemed like it was very loud, and there were issues with the infotainment. Realizing that the oil had not been changed, but oil seepage had been cleaned up. I checked under the hood to see if maybe I was now low on oil. What I found instead was an oily rag left in the engine compartment. Very sloppy. I will not be using that dealership in the future. More
