Dylan is an exemplary agent and is the only reason why I say I'd recommend your dealership. Your finance department, though, needs a lot of work in terms of communication. 1) Before I sign the papers, I was sat by someone from the finance department who completed a questionnaire and told me he was going to bring a warranty offer. Despite me telling him that I would not accept any offer and I would prefer not to listen to any such offer, he still brought up an offer, which I obviously declined. This took at least half an hour. I understand it could be his job, but once a customer tells you they are not interested in a product, it's still to still bring it up. 2) I specifically told the finance department (via Dylan) that I use BECU for my loans. I was told that you use another company that has better ratings and I accepted that we get their offer as well. But during the communications, I was never told what BECU offered or whether they even applied to BECU. I was simply given the loan papers to sign which showed a 10% APR as opposed to 7.7% I had received from BECU during my initial phone call. I did not bring this up and signed the papers because I'm going to refinance this, anyway, but this is dangerously close to scamming your customers. Even if BECU's rate was higher than HAPO, I should have been told about this. There was never a communication on this front, which makes me think that you never even applied to BECU. 3) The car was clearly smoked-in and I could not find this information in the listing nor was I told about it before I sent my credit application. Again, I should have probably rejected the car and left the dealership, but I got the car nonetheless without really being satisfied over it. This is not a good look. Dylan was really helpful, so I'm assuming the problems are with the finance department. I'm now considering to take off the Google review I left for you because it doesn't feel like my eventual experience lived up to that. Shame. More
