We were told our cars factory warranty was about to expire just to scare us into buying their warranty. Only learned this wasn’t true after taking it to Mercedes due to all the issues with car. Right after buying the car that had supposedly been inspected we had to get new tires, new transmission, new brakes, new fuel injector. They wouldn’t even give us a rental during all of this. We just take it to Mercedes and pay more now. My husband won’t even use them for our free oil changes these days. Mercedes actually gives you a rental and cares about customer satisfaction. We went to lokey in person and brought our concerns to them and they could’ve cared less. The sale had already been made and they were on to the next victim. Avoid at all costs. More
