Your technicians gave me a $4k list of repairs I allegedly needed. When they led with “windshield wipers” I knew I needed to get a second and third opinion as the wipers were literally brand new. allegedly needed. The paperwork aspect got a little jumbled up and created a snafu a couple times as the accounting department lost paperwork and we’re still delayed on making a payment towards the previous bank for my trade-in.
